Mr. James
(Jim) W. Stapp II, President and CEO, along with five associates
founded Custom Conveyor, Inc. in November of 1980. Jim started as a Millwright Apprentice in 1963 with the Jervis B. Webb Company and worked through many positions advancing to a Field Superintendent position. Later in his career he was responsible for the installation of many projects throughout the Midwest. Jim worked as an Advisor in Poland for a period of time when it was still under a Communist regime. |
